Here's when you can watch this year's goriest horror movie Terrifier 3 at home
By Mads Lennon
For those who like a little bit of bite to their holiday festivities, look no further than the upcoming release of Terrifier 3, the latest entry in Damien Leone's super gory grindhouse slasher franchise centered around modern slasher icon Art the Clown. David Howard Thornton returns as the violent yet charismatic killer in the Christmas horror movie that will be available to rent or purchase from digital retailers starting next week!
Looking for something to watch on Thanksgiving? You're in luck because Terrifier 3 is coming home on November 26, meaning you'll be able to get the movie from outlets like Amazon Video, Apple TV, Vudu, and more. The horror movie is currently available to pre-order for $24.99 UHD.
Physical media collectors will have to wait a little longer to get their hands on a copy of the movie—December 17, to be exact—but it will be worth the wait! Besides a regular DVD copy, Cineverse is releasing a collector's edition with a 4K UHD copy and a Blu-ray Steelbook. There is also a standard 4K UHD + Blu-ray release without the steelbook.
Amazon also has an exclusive Terrifier 3 limited-edition collector's box set that includes a collector's edition of the movie with the 4K UHD copy and Blu-ray disc, a Terrifier 3 box of soap, a barf bag, Art the Clown selfies/polaroid replicas, a mini Art the Clown mask, an Art the Clown enamel pin, and a Terrifier 3 ornament. The box set is currently retailing for $121.49 on Amazon, and you can pre-order here. All of the other physical versions are also available to pre-order.
The third film in the popular franchise follows Sienna (Lauren LaVera) and her brother as they struggle to get their lives back on track after Art the Clown's previous vicious Halloween attacks. But just as they start to think they'll be able to enjoy a cozy holiday season, Art returns and prepares to wreak even more havoc.
Terrifier 3 releases digitally on November 26 and then on DVD on December 17.
