The latest Final Destination has finally arrived after 14 years and it's everything that we hoped it would be. Final Destination Bloodlines is a hilariously gory good time, entertaining from start to finish.
As is the case with every movie in this franchise, the deaths are the best part, especially the build-up to see exactly how each death will ultimately unfold. The movies enjoy playing with audience expectations to keep us all in suspense. But this movie had several jaw-dropping death scenes and these were our favorites.

3. A vicious ending
Final Destination Bloodlines sets up a surprisingly happy ending—at first. Having survived their narrow brush with death, siblings Stefani and Charlie are celebrating Charlie's senior prom when they get into a conversation with Charlie's date's father. Discussing the moment Charlie resuscitated his sister, they mention that Stefani died and her brother brought her back to life. But the man, who happens to be a doctor, clarifies that's not technically what happened. Stefani's heart didn't stop beating, so she was only unconscious.
Realizing that Charlie didn't technically bring his sister back to life, they start panicking and sprinting away from the gathering just as a train crashes into the neighborhood. For a moment, Stefani and Charlie think they've escaped again, but then a log track crashes into the wreckage and two massive logs drop on both characters, splattering them on the ground instantly. It's a great callback to Final Destination 2 and a perfectly cruel twist.

2. 1,000 ways to die in a hospital
The entire hospital sequence in this movie has to be among one of the best in the entire franchise. Stefani, Charlie, Darlene, Erik, and Bobby make for a hospital where they intend to meet with a man named JB, who turns out to be William Bludworth (Tony Todd).
He tells them the only way to maybe cheat Death is to die and then come back to life or to kill someone else and take their remaining years. Erik thinks they can kill Bobby using his peanut allergy and then when he flatlines, the doctors will restart his heart. But their plan goes terribly awry through a multitude of mishaps leading to the kind of bloody domino effect these movies are known for.
In the end, Erik gets a bone-crushing death sucked into an MRI machine due to the magnetism getting cranked up to insane levels. All of his piercings are ripped out (including his Prince Albert) along with the wheelchair following him and caging him, resulting in his death. Seeing his dead brother, Bobby tries to take the opportunity to use his EpiPen, but he still dies moments later when the spring that held his peanut butter cups in the vending machine—drawn by the magnet—shoots out and drills into his head.
1. Julia's bloody goodbye
Julia is a relatively minor character overall as one of Stefani's cousins who doesn't get a ton of screentime. Her death happens fast and winds up becoming one of the goriest and most shocking of the series. The setup for her death is hilarious and happens in the background as the other characters are worried about Erik, suspecting he's next inline based on birth order.
But we later find out Erik isn't biologically Howard's son, so he's not actually a target, making Julia the next victim. By the time Julia falls into a trash can and winds up being slowly crushed to death in the back of a garbage truck, her fate is already sealed. Stefani tries to pull her out but all she manages to do is watch in horror as her cousin's head is mangled along with her arm, leaving Stefani to pull out the limb completely. The whole sequence is really well executed and the epitome of Final Destination.
