The official trailer for Devils Stay, a gripping Korean horror thriller, recently dropped, and it's packed with heart-racing suspense and chilling moments. You can check it out above. The film is set to be released in theaters in Korea on Nov. 14, followed by a theatrical release in the U.S. on Dec. 6 by Well Go USA.
Devils Stay is a horror thriller directed by Hyun Moon-seop (Nightmare Teacher). It stars Park Shin-yang (My Lawyer, Mr. Jo, Man on the Edge), Lee Min-ki (Crash, My Liberation Notes), and Lee Re (It’s Okay!, Castaway Diva, Hellbound).
After the sudden and tragic death of his daughter following an exorcism, a respected heart surgeon refuses to accept her passing, despite the reports from medical examiners and even the priest who conducted the ritual. However, as the funeral proceedings begin, mourners begin to observe unsettling changes to the girl’s body, leading the priest to question whether an even darker force may once again be haunting them all.
Park Shin-yang stars as Seung-do in the exorcism movie, a desperate father and heart specialist who believes his daughter may not be dead yet. In addition, Lee Re plays So-mi, Seung-do's daughter, while Lee Min-ki portrays Ban, the priest who performed the exorcism on So-mi.
