7. Let The Right One In or Let Me In
Let The Right One In is a Swedish movie about a young boy who befriends a seemingly young girl. The young girl and her guardian live a mysterious existence and she eventually reveals to the boy that she is, in fact, a vampire. Her guardian who protects her also finds and feeds her the blood she needs to survive.
Let Me In is the American version starring Chloë Grace Moretz as the young vampire.
Somehow, both these both are endearing and terrifying at the same time. As the whole truth is revealed, it becomes a much darker movie than the adorable vampire buddy movie it is in the beginning.
