After the events of the first four Friday the 13th films, Crystal Lake experiences some changes. With the town desiring to rid the town of everything Voorhees, the camp gets a new name — but you can’t fool death itself.
Camp Crystal Lake becomes Camp Forest. Citizens, after believing Jason Voorhees dead, rename the camp and go about their lives. But when Jason returns, all hell breaks loose. And as Tommy Jarvis puts it ” It’s still Camp Crystal Lake to him.”
Appearing in Tom McLoughlin‘s Jason Lives: Friday the 13th Part VI, a hip, highly meta and underrated slasher sequel, the refurbished camp is perfect for DLC. Sure, it’s another camp (this is Friday the 13th after all) but with more emphasis on the lake (from the final fight), this has real potential. Offering drivable cop cars, the RV and a boat fully equipped with a huge rock could make this truly special.
