The Man, the Myth, The Podcast

Bruce Campbell has been a beloved actor for many years and is affectionately known to his audience as “The Chin” and the “King of the B movies.” However, did you know there is a podcast dedicated to the man himself? No? Well, now you do!

If you love him as Ash Williams, Sam Axe or Elvis Presley then Bruce on the Loose is the podcast for you. I was fortunate enough to be the guest on their sixth episode and let me tell you, it was a blast. On the podcast, we discussed what fans need to do to keep the show on the air and the importance of supporting all things related to Ash vs. Evil Dead.

It’s All about the Benjamins

As many of the fans know, season three of AVED wrapped and there is no word from Starz and Lionsgate on when the show will air or even if season four is a possibility. However, at a recent appearance in Iowa to promote his book, Hail to the Chin, Bruce Campbell stated that the show is likely to air in February 2018 and they are currently in talks with the network about season four.

If you are a fan of AVED, make sure you get the Starz app. There are ways to do it. Download the app, get the free 30-day trial, watch the show and then delete the app. It’s easy and it doesn’t cost a thing. Another way to show your support is to purchase the DVDs and Blu-rays (season two just dropped).

Starz and Lionsgate are corporations. Ratings are important but so is revenue. If you fork over the dough, you get the show. It is a simple concept. Even buying Bruce’s latest best seller, Hail to the Chin is helping the cause. Plus, it is a great read and if you are fortunate enough to have him appear in your home town or a city near you, then you can even meet him in person!
