World’s Most Unexplained is a new series from Travel Channel. Do you want to know if Elvis is still alive and living in Hawaii? Have aliens visited earth? This show endeavors to answer those questions.

World’s Most Unexplained is a new series that will be premiering on Travel Channel. If you are interested in the unusual and the bizarre, then this is the show for you.

Each hour-long episode will focus on events that have recently occurred that defy rational and scientific explanations. One of the topics that the show will focus on is Elvis Presley. The King of Rock and Roll died over 42 years ago and yet, questions still surround his untimely demise.

According to Time, there are many people that believe the singer is alive and well. One theory has the icon being linked to the mob so he had to go into the Witness Protection program in order to avoid being the victim of a contract kill.

Others believe that he tired of the celebrity life and wanted to live like a normal person. This is why there have been multiple “sightings” of him in various states like Hawaii.

UFOs are another mystery that the World’s Most Unexplained will attempt to clarify. Have extraterrestrials visited our planet? If you believe ancient alien theorists like Giorgio Tsoukalos, the answer would be yes.

Then there are the phenomena of stigmata (crucifixion wounds) appearing on religious statues or other inexplicable supernatural activity. The Conversation covers a Catholic church in Hobbs, New Mexico that claims their Virgin Mary icon weeps. In the past, some of these cases have been debunked but there are those that remain open.

Experts and eyewitnesses to these types of occurrences will lead the commentary for each World’s Most Unexplained segment.
