In Eagle Creek, Arizona, shepherd Wade Martin and his wife Karen are living the frontier life. Karen tends to chores around the ranch house during the day while her husband watches the sheep on their property.
One night, while Karen is taking down the wash, she is attacked by a beast. Wade returns from the desert only to find the mangled and bloodied body of his wife in the front yard. When he asks Karen’s sister what had happened, all he gets is a description of the devil riding a gigantic creature.
Determined to avenge Karen’s untimely demise, he and his friend Abel go on the ultimate quest to find the “Red Ghost” and kill it. Does he succeed?
Jack Fiddler is a spiritual leader among the Cree nation in Canada. He has become well-known for his ability to hunt Wendigos. Fans of the Evil Dead franchise will enjoy this particular segment.
Anyone that is familiar with the indigenous legend behind the Wendigo knows that it is a demon that can appear human or in animal form. It craves human flesh and is quite hard to kill. Basically, they are very much like Sam Raimi’s Deadites.
The only person who is powerful enough to take down this particular monster from hell is Fiddler. Much like Ash Williams, the Shaman knows how to find his nemesis and destroy it. However, in 1907, he is arrested for committing heinous crimes. Is he able to beat his sentence and can he kill the Wendigo before it murders again?
True Terror’s last story originates in Missouri. A Sasquatch like creature stalks a Missouri farmer and his family. Are they able to save themselves from this unknown being?
