My Bloody Valentine is one of the many horror classics that you can stream in August. Here is your guide to what’s playing.

My Bloody Valentine is a vintage slasher from the golden age of horror. The 80’s were all about gore and creative kills in movies and this classic doesn’t disappoint.

It’s February and the teenagers of Valentine’s Bluff are going to throw a party. Unfortunately, Harry Warden, the demented survivor of a mining accident that occurred decades ago, has escaped from the local mental hospital.

People start turning up dead in the small town and the residents are terrified that Harry is seeking revenge. Be careful, this film is a real heartbreaker.

There is something for everyone next month. Jordan Peele fans take note. His latest series, Lovecraft Country premieres on HBO Max on Aug. 16. Mark your calendars accordingly.

Chucky’s back! To prepare for Don Mancini’s upcoming USA/SyFy show, Child’s Play (based on his hit franchise), you can watch the original film that started it all, courtesy of Hulu.
