Night Teeth is one of the latest releases part of Netflix’s “Netflix and Chills” lineup for Halloween 2021. The stylish vampire flick stars a host of recognizable names, such as Debby Ryan, Sydney Sweeney, Lucy Fry and yes, Megan Fox.

Fox has been having something of a (long overdue) career renaissance this past year with a number of projects lined up and she recently delivered an acclaimed performance in the home invasion thriller Till Death.

Fans were thrilled to see photos of Fox starring as a vampire alongside Sweeney in the Netflix film, but who, exactly did she play?

Beware, the following article contains spoilers for Night Teeth.

Who does Megan Fox play in Night Teeth?

Let’s be honest, sometimes all you want to do is watch a movie for a specific actor. If you want to watch Night Teeth because Megan Fox is in it, no one would blame you. Unfortunately, Fox and Sweeney are underutilized with a single scene to showcase their vampire characters.

It’s a shame because if anyone deserves to headline a vampire movie, it’s Megan Fox. Did we not all watch Jennifer’s Body? Now that the mainstream is finally recognizing that Jennifer’s Body is a great film, and one that Fox herself is immensely proud of, it seems like she should get a chance to lead a vampire flick of some kind.

Instead, Night Teeth puts her on the sideline in a single (standout) scene where she and Sweeney are accosted by the vampire antagonist Victor (Alfie Allen) who intends to kill their character Grace (Fox) and Eva (Sweeney). Note, we don’t actually see them die, so fingers crossed they could return someday. Fox’s outfit alone (that cape!) deserves a chance in the spotlight.

In this film, we don’t get to see her do much but look fantastic and sip on a blood martini, but if even that hint of greatness is enough to get people clamoring for a Megan Fox vampire movie, maybe someone should listen.
