December is going to be upon us sooner than you think. HBO recently released their upcoming schedule for December 2021, so you can take a look and see what horror movies on HBO Max will be available next month.
We’ve broken down the guide into three sections: horror, thriller and science fiction. Depending on what you’re in the mood for, HBO Max has some great content available in December, including the newest Matrix movie and the Station Eleven television series adaptation.

INTERVIEW WITH A VAMPIRE (1994)

Based on Anne Rice’s novel of the same name, Interview with a Vampire is a classic gothic horror movie starring Tom Cruise, Brad Pitt, Stephen Rea, Antonio Banderas, Christian Slater and Kirsten Dunst. A suicidal bicentennial vampire named Louis is ready to die and detailing his story to an eager biographer.
Previously, he met vampire Lestat who convinces him to choose immortality and become his companion. But when Louis resolves to leave his violent maker behind, Lestat deepens their complicated relationship further by turning a young girl into a vampire to expand their “family.”

Retiring police detective William Somerset (Morgan Freeman) agrees to work one last case with newcomer David Mills (Brad Pitt) consisting of a series of elaborate, gruesome murders. They soon realize they’re working with a serial killer (Kevin Spacey) who is killing people he believes have succumbed to one of the seven deadly sins.
