Yellowjackets episode 6 release date and preview

We’re less than a week away from Yellowjackets episode 6, titled “Saints.” The new episode of the acclaimed Showtime psychological thriller series will debut next Sunday on the premium cable channel. I’m sure you are here because you’re interested in finding out what we can expect from the upcoming episode, so let’s take a look at everything we know so far.

When we last left off with the series, the girls dealt with group menstruation and a possible ghost haunting the cabin attic. In 2021, Taissa considers dropping out of the campaign race but changes her mind at the last second.

Natalie continues investigating Travis’s death, and Misty makes a disturbing discovery using the crime scene photos. Plus, Callie finds out that Shauna is having an affair and attempts to use it to her advantage.

Yellowjackets episode 6 release date

The next episode of Yellowjackets will premiere on Sunday, December 19. Showtime releases new episodes at midnight the day of release via their app and website. You’ll be able to watch episode 6 as early as 12:01 a.m. ET or you can watch when the episode airs linearly at 10:00 p.m. ET following a new episode of Dexter: New Blood.

Yellowjackets episode 6 preview

Based on the synopsis and preview for next week’s episode, we can expect a few different things. Natalie and Jackie butt heads in 1996, and a DIY surgery gets ugly. I’m guessing that the “DIY surgery” is Shauna trying to abort her baby.

We know she eventually gives birth to a daughter, Callie, but I don’t think the baby she’s pregnant with right now is her. It also appears that things are getting worse for Lottie, who is seen floating underwater and then visiting a strange bunker of some sort lit by tons of candles.

In 2021, Shauna, Natalie and Taissa work together to figure out who is blackmailing them and what they know about their time spent in the woods. Elsewhere, Misty seems to take drastic measures. There’s a moment in the trailer where someone gets injected with a syringe, and I think that might be Misty injecting Jessica Roberts since she already threatened her in the past. The synopsis says MIsty will have a “surprise(d) houseguest.”
