And we're back! Agatha now has her coven of witches assembled to face The Witches' Road, which includes divination witch Lilia Calderu, potions expert Jennifer Kale, blood witch/protection witch Alice Wu-Gulliver, and regular human Mrs. Hart aka Sharon.

Joining the coven on their journey is Teen, a mysterious young man who, for some odd reason, cannot speak to Agatha about who he is or his history unless he wants to be muted. It appears he's under some sort of spell. We'll probably learn more about that later in the series. But in Agatha All Along episode 3, it's time for Agatha and her coven to take on their first trial of The Witches' Road, and it won't be easy.

Spoilers ahead from Agatha All Along episode 3.

The third episode opens with the coven of witches walking down The Road arguing about what they're about experience while going through the different trials. Agatha explains how The Witches' Road works. She tells her coven that The Road will test them and their knowledge of the craft by making them go through a trial for each skill.

However, Jennifer is anxious about the trials since none of them can access their powers. That's when Teen steps in and tells her that they can use witchcraft. Jennifer then proceeds to ask Teen about who he is, but when Teen tries to explain, he becomes muffled again. Lilia tells the group that someone put a sigil on him. When Teen asks what a sigil is, Alice explains that it's a redaction spell that hides something. She claims the sigil was put on him to hide him from witches. The rest of the coven then looks at Agatha, instantly accusing her of having something to do with the sigil.

However, Agatha stands her ground and tells them that she didn't put the sigil on Teen. Then, she changes topics and tells the rest of the coven that instead of arguing about a sigil, they should be focused on making it down The Road so they can start their first trial. In episode 2, we learned Agatha and Teen's reasons for wanting to face the trials of The Witches' Road. Agatha wants her magical powers back, and Teen wants power. At this point in episode 3, we learn what the rest of the coven wants.

Jennifer wants to be released from a binding spell that prevents her from using her magic, Lilia wants to reverse her fortune, and Alice wants to find out what happened to her mom. Wait, but what about Sharon? Sharon has gone missing after wandering off the Road and has found herself in a sticky situation. Her purse is being pulled underground by quicksand, and by her trying to save it, she's being pulled under as well. Luckily, the rest of her coven arrives just in time to save her.

Suddenly, a house appears in the distance and they all walk to it. This is where the first trial will take place. Once the coven walks through the front door, their clothes immediately changes. According to Agatha, The Road changes for the coven. As they look around the house, they notice that they're trapped inside. Teen finds a card that has a riddle on it and it's the coven's job to crack it.

Sharon solves the riddle unintentionally when she notices a wine bottle and several glasses sitting on a nearby table. She reaches for the bottle immediately to open it but is warned by Alice. However, Agatha lets them know that even though there's a possibility that things may go wrong if they drink the wine, they have no choice if they want to move forward in the trial.

While Teen looks around for a corkscrew to open the bottle, Jennifer walks up to warn him about Agatha. She tells him there's a rumor that Agatha traded her own child for the Book of the Damned (The Darkhold), and no one knows what happened to him. She tells him that some people think her son might be dead, a demon, or an "agent of Mephisto.” Now, Teen isn't so sure anymore about Agatha and her intentions.

Sharon is the first person to drink from her glass once the wine bottle is opened. As everyone else stares at her in shock, they hear a beeping noise. They look around the house and notice a timer set for 30 minutes. Has the trial now started? It appears so! Everyone immediately starts drinking except for Teen, who is underage, and Agatha, who looks like she's up to no good.

As they all sit on the couch, they notice that Sharon's face has swelled up. They've been poisoned after drinking the wine! Now, all of their faces have become puffy and red. Fortunately, the facial swelling goes away quickly, but that doesn't mean the poison has left their system. According to Jennifer, they've been poisoned with "Alewife's Revenge."

Facial swelling is just the beginning. Still to come is dizziness, delirium, loss of motor function, racing of the heart, hallucinations, and eventually death. Although Agatha isn't poisoned like the others since she didn't drink the wine, she still panics and tries to break a window to escape. However, the others stop her from completely breaking the window. It does shatter a bit, though.

At this moment, Teen notices Agatha didn't drink her glass of wine. They all pressure Agatha to drink the wine, but she doesn't give in until Teen says he'll drink it. Could Agatha actually care about Teen's well-being? After drinking the wine, Agatha experiences the first symptom of the poison, which is facial swelling. Meanwhile, Sharon starts hallucinating before passing out on the couch. It's time for the coven to create an antidote to save them all before the timer runs out.

As they all split up in pairs to find the ingredients for the antidote, some of them begin to experience their first hallucinations. However, they need to snap out of them quickly if they want to make it past this trial. Everyone gathers the ingredients for the antidote and brings them to Jennifer in the kitchen, but then they notice that the window that Agatha partially shattered is letting in water. They must move even quicker now before they end up drowning.

Sharon is carried into the kitchen and placed on a table. The timer is now at 3 minutes. The coven throws the different ingredients into the kitchen sink, which they use as a cauldron. But as they are doing this, Agatha experiences her first hallucination. She hears a baby crying and notices a bassinet in the corner of the kitchen. But when she looks into the bassinet, instead of there being a baby, she finds the Darkhold. Although horrified by what she just experienced, Agatha quickly snaps out of it and walks back over to the kitchen sink to help with the potion.

Oh no! The potion isn't working because they're missing an ingredient. They need the blood of the unpoisoned. Who's not poisoned? Teen! With Teen's blood added to the concoction, the antidote is now complete. After drinking the potion, they're now back to normal. But wait! The timer is still ticking, and there are only 10 seconds remaining. What's going on? Sharon hasn't drunk the potion yet!

As they try to shove the potion down Sharon's throat, the timer runs out, and the kitchen oven suddenly opens. Apparently, going through the oven is the only way they can exit the house. However, no one wants to do it at first. It's not until water starts bursting through the windows that Agatha and the rest of the coven start making their way through the oven.

They've finished the first trial and are back on The Witches' Road. But wait! Something's not right. One of the coven members is dead... It's Mrs. Hart aka Sharon! What will they do now with one less member in their coven? I guess we'll have to wait to find out in Agatha All Along episode 4, coming to Disney+ on Oct. 2.
