After his father passes away, a young boy named Isaac is left in the care of his grieving stepmother, Laura, since he has no next of kin. Together, they reside in a large country estate where they struggle to build a relationship.

Things then take a turn for the worse when Isaac begins hearing strange sounds throughout the house. It sounds like his recently deceased father's voice calling out to him. As he investigates where the voice is coming from, he discovers that it isn't his dad but a disturbing creature resembling him. Isaac and Laura's mental states begin spiraling, and their lives begin to crumble as the extremely grotesque creature starts stalking them.

Rupert Turnbull (Nativity Rocks) and Julia Brown (World On Fire) star in the leading roles of Isaac and Laura. Joining them in the cast are Nathaniel Martello-White (I Hate Suzie, Small Axe: Mangrove) and Charles Aitken (Happy Death Day, The Girl On The Train).
