Fright-Rags is selling a The Last Drive-In: Nightmareathon Survival Kit, and it looks awesome!

Shudder original series The Last Drive-In with Joe Bob Briggs began with a 24-hour marathon of horror movies in July of 2018. Intended to be Joe Bob Briggs’s goodbye to the fans who had faithfully followed him as he hosted Joe Bob’s Drive-In Theater and MonsterVision (which had ended in 2000), the marathon was a huge success. Shudder’s servers couldn’t even keep up with the number of viewers trying to tune in. It proved that Briggs was a very hot ticket for the Shudder audience.
Shudder knew a good thing when they saw it, so they brought Joe Bob, Darcy the Mail Girl, Yuki and the rest of TLDI crew back for a series and numerous specials. As the sixth season of The Last Drive-In winds down, an announcement was made that there would be another marathon.
The final episode of season six will be titled The Last Drive-In: Nightmareathon, which celebrates “six years with six mystery movies.” It’s advertised as going on from dusk ‘til dawn, so it’s no 24-hour marathon, but fans are sure to be pleased with the result.
Fright-Rags is getting in on the celebration by offering up a Nightmareaton Survival Kit, which contains some pretty cool TLDI swag. Each kit comes with a The Last Drive-In throw, two custom popcorn buckets with microwave popcorn and Joe Bob’s Mutant Mud coffee.
This limited edition Survival Kit is priced at $75, and will be available to order as of Friday, August 9 at 10:00 a.m. ET. Order right away, and it should arrive in time for the premiere of the Nightmareathon, which will air on Shudder and AMC+ on August 30.
Fright-Rags has plenty of other TLDI merch available, as well as representing more classic horror
Fright-Rags will also be celebrating The Texas Chain Saw Massacre’s 50th anniversary on August 13 with three new shirts (officially licensed, of course). Fright-Rags is well known amongst horror fans, mostly due to its wide selection of iconic horror merchandise. Its horror t-shirts are a rite of passage for people who love horror movies, and you might be surprised at all of the films and franchises that are represented in their collection.
