The horror streaming service SCREAMBOX is back with yet another month of frights to stave off the dead of the summer. Their selections this month run the gamut from holiday horror to cosmic mystery and you don't want to miss out on any of it. While the heat is ramping up, SCREAMBOX is throwing some cold water on your head with these chilling choices.

On the first of the month, they are celebrating Independence Day with Uncle Sam. Everyone loves a good holiday horror themed slasher and SCREAMBOX is bringing it. Genre savant William Lustig hits hard here with a really fun cult classic slasher themed around the red white and blue. Can you hear the screams over the fireworks?

Other highlights throughout the month come in waves. Dario Argento's surreal giallo The Stendhal Syndrome rolls on to the platform. This dreamy Russian mystery follows a young policewoman trying to solve a bizarre set of suicides around St. Petersburg. There is also director duo Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead's cosmic cult mish mash The Endless. This mind bender follows brothers going back to confront the UFO death cult they grew up in once and for all. Don't forget about The Wailing , the south Korean supernatural tour de force. It follows an officer investigating the outbreak of a deadly disease that his daughter has been afflicted by, and it takes him down the horrifying underbelly of the supernatural. Other titles for the month include Maniac, The Toolbox Murders, Fire and Ice, The Killing Hour and The New Barbarians.

SCREAMBOX is also throwing in an additional treat for its subscribers this month with an original horror series called The Trouble With Tessa. This series will debut with a two episode premier on July 15th and follows a disgraced documentarian as she unearths a box of old tapes in and old house she is renting. She originally moved to the small town to get way from the pressure and the noise of the big city but after watching the tapes and realizing one contains the details of a murder, she is thrust deep into the town's dark and mysterious past and must confront what awaits her there.

All of this month's fascinating horror collection can be yours. You can start streaming SCREAMBOX today, or any day, on iOS, Android, Apple TV, Prime Video, Roku, Fire TV, YouTube TV, Samsung, Comcast, Cox, and Screambox.com.
