In March, we reported Lionsgate created the LA Valiant to play in the Overwatch League. This was a bold move on behalf of the corporation to market their shows to a critical demographic. One of the team’s first sponsors was none other than Ash vs Evil Dead.

The League is to gaming what the NFL is to football. Overwatch routinely attracts viewers and is known for its consistent gamer interaction. This was a terrific attempt to gain new fans for the legendary horror-comedy.
Unfortunately, while the effort was worthy, AVED was cancelled and ended its three season run on Apr. 29. However, that doesn’t mean you can’t keep the party going a while longer! The LA Valiant are giving away a team jersey and we have the details.
