Did you miss your chance to see the hit horror movie Longlegs when it was in theaters back in July? Don't worry. Neon will be re-releasing the film in theaters nationwide in late October, just in time for Halloween! People who missed out when the movie was initially in theaters will finally get to see it on the big screen.

The well-known film production company announced this amazing news in a press release on Wednesday, Oct. 16. According to the press release, Longlegs will return to theaters starting Oct. 23 and will remain in theaters all the way to Oct. 31. Tickets are on sale now.

And that's not all! After the screenings of Longlegs, viewers will be treated to some bonus content. That bonus content is an exclusive sneak peek of the highly anticipated supernatural horror film The Monkey, which is set to hit theaters on Feb. 21, 2025. Also included with the sneak peek is a discussion between one of the movie's stars, Theo James, and the director, Osgood Perkins. I saw Longlegs already, but I'm definitely down to watch it again for the bonus content!

After being released in theaters in July, Longlegs quickly became one of the highest-grossing horror movies of this year. Perkins wrote the script and directed the film. He had previously worked on other horror movies such as The Blackcoat's Daughter, The Girl in the Photographs, I Am the Pretty Thing That Lives in the House and Gretel & Hansel.

The film's plot follows an FBI agent named Lee Harker as she investigates a series of occult murders connected to a mysterious serial killer known as Longlegs. She's tasked with putting a stop to Longlegs killing spree before he strikes again. Maika Monroe stars as the protagonist, Lee Harker, while Nicolas Cage plays the role of Longlegs. Blair Underwood, Alicia Witt, Kiernan Shipka, Dakota Daulby, and so many others also star in the film.

As of Oct. 16, Longlegs is only available to rent or purchase on digital platforms such as Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, Apple TV, Fandango at Home, or Google Play. If you really want to see this movie and can't wait until it returns to theaters, these are your current options. However, we still recommend seeing it on the big screen. There's just nothing like it!
